Payment Method Update

If you find that you need to change your credit card on file, we've created a helpful step by step guide to assist you seamlessly and quickly.

 

First Log in to your customer portal. (To learn how to do so please visit our 'Access Customer Portal Guide')

 

In your portal, select the Payment method Tab.

If there are no changes to your billing address, simply click the autofill Check-box, and then fill out the credit card information. Finish up by clicking submit.

Your new credit card will appear below, and if you'd like to remove the old card on file, simply click the Remove Button to the right.
